Come and listen to Frank Bargett talk about his latest book which covers some of the history of Abernethy & Kincardine – The presentation be called ‘The Grants of Tulloch’: an examination of the manuscript notebook began in 1872 by William Grant of Chapelton, deprecating the deer forest and the ‘depopulation’ (his description) of upper Tulloch, Glenmore and Kincardine. It will also draw on Rev W. Forsythe’s famous book ” In the Shadow of Cairngorm” as source material.
